The welcome reception takes place in Helsinki City Hall on Thursday, Sept 5th, 18:55-20:30. Entry to Helsinki City Hall is granted by showing a QR code that you should have received after registration. In case you do not have a QR code, we kindly ask you to show up at the venue a bit earlier, around 18:30. This would allow us to swiftly register you for the conference and hand you your conference badge. We have an agreement with Helsinki City Hall that the conference badge serves as a substitute for the QR codes.
