Procedures for presentations

We are providing the technical infrastructure for your presentation in every room at the venue. All you need to do is transfer your presentation to our computers ahead of time. We recommend doing this during the break preceding your session. You can bring your presentation on a standard USB stick or download it from an online source.

Please note that all rooms are equipped with touchscreens to display your slides. Therefore, we do not provide presenter devices. If you prefer to navigate through your slides using a presenter, feel free to bring your own. However, be aware that laser pointers may not function properly.
