Contributed Session Submission

We invite the submission of contributed sessions. By doing so, you can make sure what the theme of your session is, and who your co-presenters are.

Details & Procedures

  • Session length of 60 minutes

  • 3 talks à 20 minutes per session

  • Please submit your sessions before June 15th using the form below

  • You will receive an e-mail from the organizers regarding acceptance

​

Note: Every presenter must still go through the normal registration procedure, i.e.

  • submit their paper at the ESA website (June 15th - July 8th)

  • register at the ESA website (Early bird: July 15th - July 26th, Late: July 27th - August 6th)
